ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports that there is “optimism” regarding Bengals WR Tee Higgins’ availability for Saturday’s game against the Broncos, despite being listed as questionable after a limited week of practice. Higgins showed improvement each day leading up to the game, and unless there are indications of limited snaps, he is expected to be a strong fantasy play if he is active. The final decision on Higgins’ status will be known around 3 pm ET tomorrow when Cincinnati releases their inactives.
